I am incredibly grateful to all the staff in the telemetry department at West Boca Medical. From the nurses like Dillon, Veronica, and the kind woman I met yesterday who ensured I was placed in the private room I requested, I wish I knew her name to express my gratitude personally. You all demonstrated exemplary care. Dr. Hernandez, thank you for your exceptional care and your unwavering support.

Telemetry, was great! Everyone , including the nurses Rachelle and Lisa. The charge nurse, Susie, who came to check on me and helped me. Paul, the physical therapist was great showing me how to put my boot and walk with it. The patient care personnel too were great! Also, of course, Dr Singh and Dr Kephart. Keep up the good work. Being here was comforting. Thank you all!!!

A fast and efficient medical visit is rare, but this center absolutely nailed it. Everything was done quickly and with zero delays. The doctor was moderately brief, but strictly to the point—exactly what you want from a professional. I really hope the treatment helps, but I am already very pleased with the care. ​Two quick tips for your visit: ​X-Rays: If you have previous X-rays, bring the physical CD! They cannot pull them up online. If you don't have the disc, don't worry, you can just do the X-rays right there on the spot. ​Parking: Don't even try to park right in front of the building—it's always full, as with most medical facilities. Drive straight to the far parking lot; there are always plenty of spaces. ​Overall, a very well-organized facility. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay on the Telemetry floor. The nurses, doctors, and staff were all very caring, professional, and attentive throughout my time there. They made sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions, and treated me with kindness and respect every day. The staff worked together as a team and always responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. The floor was clean, organized, and had a welcoming environment that helped make my stay much easier during a difficult time. I truly appreciate the compassion, patience, and excellent care I received. Thank you to everyone on the Telemetry floor for going above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.

Today we are taking our greatest miracle home, and our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. Our experience in the NICU at West Boca Medical Center was marked by exceptional care, professionalism, and above all, humanity. The team cared for our son Luke with so much love, dedication, and attention that we felt supported and safe even on the hardest days. Every gesture, every patient explanation, and every word of comfort made a difference throughout this very challenging journey for our family. As a mother, I experienced moments of fear and vulnerability, and I was always met with empathy, respect, and patience. They didn’t just care for our baby, they cared for our hearts as well.
